Vaccinations are available at The Vaccination Clinic and
can be arranged by calling 356-9500. It is necessary to have a prescription
order from your physician and be at least 18 years old. You can receive
vaccinations if you are younger than 18 if you are an established Los Olivos
patient and have a signed
consent form from a parent or guardian.
Many insurance
companies do not cover the total cost of vaccinations. Therefore, payment will
be expected at the time of service. A copy of your bill will be provided to you
to submit to your insurance company.
